WHAT IT DOES

Description

Changes the goal-effect sound according to speed, with adjustable volume and pitch. By default the sound is unchanged through 60 cm/s, then scales towards 5× volume and 0.60× pitch at 350 cm/s and continues scaling above that. A local white flash starts at 150 cm/s and reaches its configured maximum at 300 cm/s. The default flash lasts half a second. Use Page Down to adjust the settings, which are saved immediately. It is an optional effect for goal presentation; the flash does not change gameplay or anyone else’s screen.

Installation

  1. Close Beetleball and extract the ZIP. Copy BeetleballGoalSpeedImpact.dll into the game’s Mods folder, beside Beetleball.exe. Copy the DLL files rather than the enclosing ZIP or package folder.
  2. Use a working full-release Windows IL2CPP MelonLoader installation, then restart the game. Keep only one version of this mod installed.
  3. Install Goal Speedometer v2.9.0 separately; it is required and is not bundled here. Press Page Down to adjust the local audio and flash settings.
