WHAT IT DOES

Description

The public beta uses Octane and Dominus physics presets with white-box bodies, primitive wheels and boost visuals; original Rocket League models and textures are not included. Extract the full ZIP beside Beetleball.exe and run Prepare Arena.cmd once to build collision data privately from your own installed game. Then host a private custom lobby, open Rocket Cars in Xeloader and enable cars. The host and car drivers need the same build and setup; friends without it can join as beetles. Driving feel and real mixed-client behavior still need human testing.

Installation

  1. Use the full Windows x64 Beetleball game with MelonLoader, Xeloader and Menu Framework 1.1.0. Close Beetleball, then extract every file from the ZIP into the game folder beside Beetleball.exe. Preserve Mods and UserData and keep only one BeetleballRocketCars.dll.
  2. Double-click Prepare Arena.cmd beside Beetleball.exe and wait for READY or already ready. It works offline without a Python install or administrator setup. It reads your installed game's arena collision geometry and creates a private Collision cache under UserData; keep that generated folder private and run setup again after game updates.
  3. Launch Beetleball and host a private custom lobby. Press F5, open Rocket Cars, enable cars in your hosted lobby, then choose Drive a car and an Octane or Dominus physics preset. The host and car drivers need the same build and must run setup; friends without the mod can join as beetles.
